Rebecca Bergner is a self-identified ‘leadership nerd.’  Her ability to lead and inspire others is felt by the students and staff with which she has a chance to work.  As a certified LeaderShape Facilitator, Rebecca has been involved with a variety of leadership camps for the last 14 years and loves every minute of it!

Her personal vision is that every student around the world has the opportunity to experience a leadership development program.  She gets a chance to realize this while serving as an advisor for the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity at the University of Minnesota as well as being an adjunct faculty member teaching courses in personal leadership through the Leadership Minor at the University of Minnesota.  She continues to champion others while serving as a board member for the Center for Girls Leadership.

Rebecca brings real-world and practical experiences to her leadership trainings while continuing to work for Target Corporation as a Senior Benefits Leader.   Being on the Benefits and Well-Being Engagement team, allows her to develop well-being engagement strategies and tactics that help people be their best self.  Prior to this role, she’s designed and delivered a variety of leadership trainings for teams and individuals across Target Corporation while working in a variety of Organizational Effectiveness roles. Rebecca’s first job out of college was with Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy & Operations consultant and she has a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
