Today OST is a group of consultants that create partnerships with organizations and individuals. Meet Jeff Stafford
He brings over 15 years of working with groups and individuals. He’s enjoyed a number of years in Higher Education – teaching, training and mentoring students and staff on the skills needed to be successful.

Speaker, trainer, facilitator, and coach – Jeff wears a variety of hats. He continues to be “where the action is” daily as an Organization Development Consultant & Trainer for the Division of Organizational Effectiveness at the University of Minnesota, where he facilitates workshops for University staff, faculty and students. Each hat provides a ripe ground for enhancing the lives of others in the areas of personal and professional development.
Additionally, Jeff spent time as a trainer and curriculum designer with ChartHouse Learning (the wildly successful team that created The FISH! Philosophy). Here he created and directed the development of a number of training materials – including FISH! For College and FISH! Culture. You can still catch him as a FISH! For Schools facilitator.
He’s also an author of a variety of team building activity books. He’s been a regular presenter at both national and regional conferences.
Jeff brings a contagious zest to learning and skill development. His light-hearted approach allows participants to really connect to him – and the content!
