Orange Slice Training is in the business of changing lives.  My mission is to shift the belief in others, that they too, have the AUDACITY to live a life of joy and meaning.  One where EVERYTHING is possible.

• We work with student leaders from universities and colleges across the globe so that they can develop the leader within.  Developing skills to lead in the New World.

• We get to work with staff and faculty to help them create environments for students to succeed in and out of the classroom while creating a more engaging work environment for themselves.

• We choose to work with employees and managers to create teams that thrive and where results are abundant.

In doing our great work, we show up in ways that model exactly what it is we are teaching others to do.  We live our mission by taking a light-hearted, in-the-moment, and action-oriented approach to our work and our life.  One that creates amazingly JUICY results!

Over the last 15 years I’ve worked with individuals and groups to help them discover the potential and talent needed to be successful.

I get to work with hundreds of employees and thousands of college students each year and each experience is like the ultimate Petri dish.  Whether its students or employees, an OST workshop creates a place where new ideas hatch, actions are created and new ways of being (and doing!) are given life.
